100% Gamay. A single 1-hectare plot planted on a mix of clay and sandy soils, average age of vines is 70 years. Hand-picked, semi-carbonic maceration and fermentation in stainless steel vat.

Raspberry and black cherry jump off the palate, mellowed with vanilla, baking spice, milk chocolate, and cream. Dark color for a Beaujolais, but still relatively light bodied.
